I created this dish based on Keith Floyd's youtube video. this morning.
I was naked, of course as I usually am when cooking.
I bought the main ingredients from the seafood processing factory down by the marshes.
The video was made on the marshes in front of our house and in the Oystermouth wine merchants which we use.
