Sleeping Naked

Ah, the joy of sleeping in the nude! For some, the thought alone is enough to send shivers down their spine. But for others, its a liberating and freeing experience that can have surprising benefits. So lets dive deeper into why sleeping naked is worth a try.

First and foremost, it can save you a lot of money on laundry. You may not realize it, but washing your pajamas adds up in both time and money. By sleeping naked, you can reduce your laundry load and focus on other things. This also has an added bonus of being eco-friendly, as youre using fewer resources and reducing your carbon footprint.

Secondly, sleeping naked can be a wonderful bonding experience for couples. Theres something intimate and special about sharing the same bed without anything on. It can help strengthen your relationship and lead to a more fulfilling sex life.

Thirdly, sleeping in your birthday suit is actually great for your skin. When you wear pajamas to bed, sweat and bacteria can build up and cause irritation or even infections. But when you sleep naked, your skin is free to breathe and rejuvenate itself naturally. This can leave you feeling refreshed and energized when you wake up.

Additionally, sleeping naked can improve your mood and help you feel more comfortable and relaxed. With nothing to constrict you or rub against your skin, youre free to move around and stretch out as much as you want. This can lead to better sleep and a more positive outlook on life.

Finally, sleeping naked can be a great way to beat the heat during those long, hot summer nights. When its too warm to wear anything to bed, sleeping in the nude can help regulate your body temperature and keep you cool. Plus, its a lot more comfortable than sticking to your sheets in a pair of sticky pajamas.

In conclusion, sleeping naked may not be for everyone, but its worth considering. The benefits are numerous and varied, from saving you money and reducing your environmental impact to improving your skin and mood. So the next time you climb into bed, why not try ditching the PJs and see how it feels? You might be surprised at how much you enjoy it.

I like the fact that there's no clothing tied around your waist or otherwise twisting around the body. No skin marks from waistbands, for example, upon awakening! No restrictions through the night!

RE:Sleeping Naked

I agree whole heartedly. I have slept naked every night, regardless of the season, for several years now. To me it is the most comfortable way to sleep. If, for whatever reason, I have to wear something to bed, it takes me a while to fall asleep because having something on is just too distracting. It's naked all the way for me!

If I have to wear something to bed, I just wear loose gym shorts. OK, but not ideal. Anything above the waist or below the knees would make sleeping impossible for me.

A while ago I started sleeping naked, live on my own so, there's no one to complain. Now I can't sleep unless I'm naked. Also once I get home after work, off go my clothes.

I started sleeping naked (regularly) a few years ago - but at subsequent birthdays, father's day and Christmas my family kept giving me new pyjamas !!

My mother bought me pajamas a few times after I started sleeping nude. I kept one winter pair to wear on chilly mornings and one summer pair for staying in other people's homes. I soon decided that a t-shirt and sweats would be fine for the former and gym shorts for the latter. The pajamas worked their way to the bottom of the drawer and were forgotten. A few years later, I was cleaning out my dresser and found them. It felt good to get rid of them.

Sleeping without clothes is to allow the skin to naturally get everything it needs from nature. For me, this is not a cult, not a tradition, but just a matter of convenience

I have a non-nudist partner but one thing we both agree on is that sleeping nude is so much more comfortable than getting tangled up in night attire. It's great that it's better for you but even if it wasn't, I'd still sleep nude for comfort.

It's better to tangled up with your bed partner, rather than some cloth that serves no useful purpose. Feels better with full skin to skin contact instead of layers of cloth between.

My late wife wasn't a nudist and didn't care for me to hang out nude, but i slept nude from the time we were married for over 47 years. Thankfully she didn't mind me sleeping nude. One of the first things I told my now current girl friend was that I always sleep naked. She said that she would begin sleeping nude too and now she loves it! We both sleep nude every night and sleep much better that way.
