RE:Letting Go.

Its been a little over a year now since returning to the trails and going nude. I can honestly say I have run more times naked on the trails in the past year than I have clothed. I run almost everyday. For the first time in my life I a given year have I have run/hiked more times in the nude than I have with clothes on. What a milestone!Adam

How often do you not take clothing with you?

I am. And lately I have been walking out the house completely bare. Minus wearing shoes lol. But walking out the house, to my car driving nude to the trails, hiking/running then putting on something light and then heading back when sunlight hits. Its been amazing.Adam

I do the same when going for a naked walk, it feels so liberating not having any clothes with you, although i also drive home naked after my walk

You do have the advantage of living in England, where the laws are more tolerant of public nudity than many US states.

I may have the advantage of being allowed to be naked, but unfortunatley unlike many states in America we do not have the nice weather to enjoy our freedom

I know. While I have only visited England, or son lived there for a year when he got a Master's degree from the University of London.
He joked that there was no need to check a weather forecast because every day was cloudy and cool with a chance of showers.
Admittedly he was only there for an academic year from September to May, so he missed summer.

I typically have something with me. There are to many access points to the trails I am on not to be prepared for something. I typically go a few miles on the trails also so I dont want to be to far away with nothing.

I will usually go about 3-4x a month with nothing with me though. Not often.

Is there a reason why you feel safe with nothing on those few days and not others?
