Tajik Groom's Robe and Crown

I was tasked with helping people recover from the Taliban when they wanted to start an Islamic revolution in Tajikistan (which shares a thousand-mile border with Afghanistan). Russia under Boris Yeltsin suppressed the Taliban and I helped the hatcheries recover. The hosts gave me this robe and crown and I wore them while I passed out certificates.
