Play Sports

Im saying this to remind myself. Since Ive gotten older, I basically stopped doing sports. My last team sport was a Church softball league. I cant say that went well nor did I enjoy it. I threw a football around with a friend and it was fun. But then I jammed my thumb and it wasnt fun anymore. In my 20s, I did something every day, whether golf, wallyball, tennis, everything. How easily all that goes away.
But I find ways to play. Kettlebells and mace training are fun. I hula hoop and pole dance. And I play with my dog. Riding a bike and hiking are good ways to keep balance and coordination.
Bottom line is to force yourself to do interesting and new things. And do what you love.
