There is a town of North Wales less than an hour away from where I live. I looked up your location and saw that you are in the region of the country of Wales which is across the "pond". Sort of like when a friend of mine mentioned that his new girlfriend was from Georgia and was struggling with English, which seemed odd until I realized she was from the country of Georgia, not the state.
