Tech issues are totally ignored on this site wtf?

Following up on a previous post-
Have not been able to upload photos for about a week now, upload window is blank. Have contacted tech support and been completely ignored, same with admin. Anyone else having this issue?
One would think that admin would at least acknowledge there is a problem, but they do not respond and it is a mystery whether they are even aware of it. I don't know what can be done to fix this, if I hadn't paid for a lifetime membership, I'd be gone!
