Another nudist resort bites the dust!

Several months ago I came across the story of the olive Dell Ranch going textile, that had all unfolded about a year prior to that.

They're having problems with non-paying residents, the double homicide only aggravated an already tense situation. When resident killed the couple next to them and tried to hide them under his trailer.

Prior to that there were already lawsuits flying, between the sibling owners, and the residents suing the owners, the owners had allegedly removed the power meters cutting off the power to the non-paying tenants. (Imagine a world where adults are held accountable to pay their own way) One of the peasants was being interviewed, she was saying that they were the glue that holds the club together! I think more likely her and her cohorts where the cancer eating the club from the inside out. (I'm assuming she was one of the non-paying tenants, since her power meter had been removed, and it seems unlikely they would have removed a power meter from one of the paying tenants.

It's all an unfortunate mess, I think I saw somewhere that the club was for sale for I believe something like 3 million, one of the previous nudist members was talking of buying a portion of it, I think 1/3, and to go partners with the investors that had purchased it from The sibling owners, but last I knew he was unable to persuade them to go back to the nude venue.

This is all off the cuff, so check the other stories for more accurate information, I just remembered the situation because I was talking to someone else. So I thought I'd post it here in case it was news to any of you.
