35m Washington DC MD or VA Nude Room

Male 35 looking for a DC MD or VA room that is metro accessible

I can do 800 a month 400 biweekly. No more than 600 biweekly and 1200 a month but you have to make it worth it including utilities

Prefer my own bathroom and shower but not required

Close to a station by bus stop or walking distance a plus

Furnished (bed full to king preferred), closet, desk and nude outdoor space if possible

420 friendly indoors or outside, will grow a plant.

Will clean and/or hire a maid, cook occasionally and share food at my own time and expense in addition to rent

Will also clean bathrooms and buy soap, body wash and toilet paper for the house at my own expense

Will put in for repairs as needed on a prearranged basis

Will share nice things like high end air fryer, nice fans, laundry detergent (non scented if needed), toaster oven, can get a fridge for the house and an oven and a great TV for the house if requested washer and dryer also available for prorated rent

Can do a security deposit and pass a background check

Can feed cats and dogs walks, clean poop and litter boxes too.

Will take out trash and recycle and pay for bags on my own

Will share all streaming services Netflix, Hulu, Disney, HBO, Paramount, NBC/Universal (can't say pea...) and YouTube premium for house use only

My switch 2, PC/laptop and PS5 pro also shareable but if you break it you buy it... No illegal stuff/programs at all either...

I must be able to do laundry around 4 times/loads a month. Will wash your things too but will not fold them.

Will pay for snow shoveling and grass cutting if needed/requested

Will pay for really high speed Internet FiOS and 5g, possibly phone in addition to rent.

Must be authorized to rent space and fully legally complaint with the law as far as fire hazard

Can provide transportation or gas money periodically if requested

Access to kitchen needed and bonus if a common area is available

May have guests but no full blown parties will respect landlords wishes
