I rule out things from animals with not thinking of those as food, those are stolen parts and products from animals that never volunteer those. I care about being healthy still and this is the healthiest way, with having all the variety of food from plants that I can manage having in meals, this is including generally having legumes, nuts, seeds, whole grain including bread and pasta from that, and leafy greens along with fruits and vegetables the colors of the rainbow.
