Unable to upoad videos

I was trying to upload a video in both methods, The basic and the regular but it didn't work.
It didn't give me any error.
Here is what happen: I chose the file--] click upload--]the file uploads about 1/6 of the video and then stops!!
I would appreciate if anybody can help.
