Just rub suntan oil on it SLOWLY until it subsides. If done too rapidly people will think you are jerking off, so just go slow and easy with it to get it to go down and use plenty of the oil..

It's very cute but you've got a problem. Males don't go into heat. Females do. The term estrus is what is known in the housecat as 'heat'. The increased estrogen levels raise the body temperature of the cat. Men don't go into heat.
