Flash program error

When I turn my cam on now, the chat program crashes. Was something upgraded recently? I have latest version of flash, so should be good there.
Ideas?

I have latest version of Mozilla Firefox and a one year old version of Flash. Don't use the new version of Flash. Sometimes Internet Explorer is a better browser....
