Now then gents. The warmer weather and sunshine means we are more likely to strip off outdoors. Make sure you are ready by keeping everything trim and tidy.Don't forget to apply some sun protection to your fruit basket, even if it feels mild. The sun can still be damaging without it being blazing hot.

was not naked outdoors today but did get sunburnt on my forehead watching and waiting for my housemate to compleate the Surrey Half Marathon!
