Anyone ever been to/ would like to go to Heliomonde outside of Paris?

22m would like hear from someone who's been here. What is the crowd usually like? Older, youger? Is the staff nice? Is it easy to navigate without being able to speak much french? Also, would anyone like meet up to go sometime this coming week?
