Certification is not proof of being a nudist/naturist.Certification is only proof that someone made up a name,wrote the name on a piece of paper andtook a picture of someone, a man or a woman, holding that piece of paper.

It just shows people haven't stolen a photo or two on the net for their profile and, yes if someone wants to do a fake certification they will have to find a partner in crime to help them out, as you cant just give someone you meet on the street a piece of paper with your user name and take a photo unless, you can get them to strip of as well for the other photo.
