Return to DiscussionsIn the first place, we nudists need to be aware of the efficacy of naturism as a natural way of life, a science in itself...Need to spread the awareness about the benefits of this spiritual science!
To understand the way body/ mind gets benefited with naturist way of life, is the science associated with it...
Clothing limits our bodies interaction with the world. The more whole body is exposed to sun light & fresh air, the more healthier it will be.
When we do this, we will be able to remove the perception of society about nudism as a kind of immoral activity, which is a total misunderstanding of this natural way of life...
That will enlighten general public about the purity of naturism and efficacy of the practice.
If most naturists knew about the efficacy and benefits, then society would not have been so harsh on this way of life; better understanding of the values, is needed.
People will be more sexually aroused when watching some one scantily clothed, than some one who is naked...This is the Truth...Society / people take time to unlearn the acquired habit of shame and using cloths all the time.
With clothes on - we never allow sweat to evaporate.... without clothes, body's skin will b better and we will be totally in tune with nature...if needed, we can always use clothes...but not the way, we do now.

We live in a world where we have been brainwashed to thinking that our bodies are something to be hidden and ashamed off .When we come back to our real selves and realize that it's all bulls......t and awaken and become nudist we live in a different world .Not only in our bodies but in our minds, our souls ,our spirits .A spiritual awakening of sorts The first time I went to a nudist resort and striped of my clothes in front of strangers . For them it was ,and became for me ,the most natural, normal, healthy way to live .Every chance I get to get nude and re-find that feeling of conscious contact with me ,life, god ,creation I do
I pray that someday everybody will realize what we know and be free

I am not new in naturism, I have been practicing social nudity since 1993 (nudist beaches and clubs). But the spiritual aspect of naturism was hidden from me. Now I would like to read about it, to become closer to the spiritual treasures of naturism, and I will appreciate any assistance of more experienced friends in my endeavor.
