AANR Defends Nude Hiker Cited for Indecent Exposure

Return to Discussions

In case anyone is wondering why they should join the AANR, read this recent thread from the Legal Issues section. A nude hiker was cited for Indecent Exposure by the US Fish & Wildlife Service. An AANR attorney intervened on behalf of the hiker and successfully argued to have the case dismissed. The AANR attorney donated his time on this case, no bill to the hiker. The AANR's effort in this case benefits all those who enjoy nude hiking in remote areas of federal land. If you not a member of AANR you should join!

I've been an AANR member since I started going public with my nudity. That being nude beaches and resorts. Many people when I talk to them either know nothing about the organization or think it protects resorts only. That is not necessarily true. But I feel by them using the resorts as a tool they are able to open themselves to more people. The more that join the stronger the army to battle for our cause I figure.
