How do yall deal with penile shrinkage from your add meds as nudists?

Guys, I didn't know ADD meds cause penile shrinkage. I haven't noticed that in myself. What sort of meds have caused that?

I did a little research. Adderall can cause the problem. It seems its the stimulant. I dont take it, but I do take Straterra which can reduce libido but I havent had that problem. Hope this helped.
