Interesting dream about being naked
Return to DiscussionsI was among a group of mermaids on the shore that could walk on land as well as swim, all of mixed gender. Their bottom halves like their top halves were mostly human looking, but had webbing. They were all completely naked, and I was inexplicably wearing nothing but briefs. One of the girls approaches me smiling and says "If you're going to live with us, you have to look like us," and pulls off my underwear, leaving me totally naked. She then said "there we are, you look much better without these!" and looks back and smiles and giggles as she approaches the water and disappears into it. Until I woke up I was just living naked with naked mermaids on the land and in the water, interacting with them.
Aren't dreams funny. I had one last week where I was carrying out my normal life duties, like being at work - but completely naked.
Yes, I know this is a common dream for textiles, but in mine nobody even noticed that I was naked, and I just though "oh, this is a lovely dream, hope it lasts"
Unfortunately, as soon as I thought that, the dream ended :(
I frequently dream about being naked in a very public place.
I also sometimes dream that I am back teaching high school, even though I changed careers over 35 year ago.
Sometimes the two dreams overlap, which is very embarrassing until I wake up.
