I've done it and although it is fun, it is also WORK! Now I've only done it for actual art classes with trained artists and not for those places where people pay to draw and drink for an hour or two. But from my experience, I can say sometimes the positions you pose in are uncomfortable, room temperature is all over the board, you have to come up with expression in your pose for depth, and some of the poses can go on for up to an hour! However, I found it rewarding because I got to express myself nude and also because I had the chance to mingle with the artists during breaks to get their perspective and find out what they liked about the human form and if there was anything I could do posing to give them different angles to work with.
