It easy to get by train from glasgow central, an just walk away from the crossing barriers and when u get to the green, take a 45 degree angle up the grass at the flowerbed and keeping walking an all being well u should see the rough path down to the nude beach, get passed the rough stones and walk a bit and u can get naked and can keep going till u get to the estuary. Going up and over is faster than walking along the roadway. Of course if u got car follow the road up and park on the tarred surface or else u can risk doing the car in and go down to the rough car park
