I have had another member on this site offer to help me become a smoothie , I have decided to give it a go , will hopefully take some before and after pics, , I know this will upset some members who have admired my furry look, however don't worry it grows back

Just give it a try - as you say, it will grow back if you want it to. But you may well like the smooth look and feel. I certainly do.
