Artistic Photos

This is a place to post your "artistic" photos for others to view and enjoy. However you choose to define "artistic" is up to each individual. The genesis of this idea for me was having taken some shadow/silhouette photos, wanting to share them, but not really knowing where to post them. They are "soft" nude photos that are more provocative than explicit. Hoping...

Sometimes bodies are sexier if something is withheld.

This is the secret of erotic clothing. Somehow a partly clothed body is sexier than one which is completely naked. Our imaginations run wild. The evening dress code in Cap d'Agde relies on it and the shops sell amazingly provocative clothes. They make Ann Summers look like M&S.

Not exactly on topic but similar: I really like pictures, reliefs, etc., where only one person is nude or only one clothed. Not really sure why, but I enjoy the aesthetic, especially if the subjects all appear unperturbed by the discrepancy.

I agree, tomcat - having naked and clothed in the same shot is quite provocative, perhaps due to the un-equalness of their circumstances. I had an experience this past summer when I was the only one naked ("OON") among a group of guys meeting for the first time. We had all gathered for a nude afternoon around the pool, but I was the host and I stripped naked shortly after they arrived - they were all just getting to know each other (clothed) as I rejoined them from inside the house, now unexpectedly buck-naked. It was tremendously arousing and exciting for me to been seen and admired by them while they were all still clothed. We stood around and talked for another 10 minutes or so, all the while with me THRILLED to be the only one naked. I recommend others try this too!

That sounds like everyone enjoyed each others company clothed or not.

I had a couple of experiences last week visiting nudist friends. Visitors to their home are not surprised to find them nude, but one morning they were dressed to leave when some neighbors stopped in. I was the only naked one, since I wasn't going anywhere. I don't know the neighbors, but I wasn't feeling awkward since it is a nudist household. I sort of had the same feeling as the previous posters. The other was a dinner party where half the guests were nudist and half weren't. So nice that there wasn't a hint of discomfort from either camp.

On the one hand, who hasn't undressed someone. On the other, it's so far easier for me drawing nudes than clothes. Suffice it to say, I love nudes because they are beautiful, but easier for me to draw?
