When you don't have an outdoor shower
Return to DiscussionsAhhh Yes, I've done just that! During our monsoon season, we had a nice rain and we'd just had our artificial turf putting green installed in our backyard. I went outside to stand in the new putting green and in the rain, my wife grabbed my cell phone and took a picture. I just posted it in the gallery. It felt awesome!
Love to do this again but we don't get much rain here in So Cal. But I will be ready next time it happens!
Let mother nature provide it with a great mid afternoon summer downpour! Nothing like a natural shower to bring the core temps down after a hard day at work!
Indeed! I have a couple of pics in my profile showing me taking a rain shower to wash off the sawdust. I have an outdoor shower there now, but I still enjoy rain showers when I can.
I posted a pic of myself ( on page #3) , taken by my lovely naked wife, standing on our artificial grass putting green in our backyard during a summer downpour! As luck would have it, it was hot and muggy. We'd been working in the yard that morning and I worked up a good sweat. Our outdoor shower was broken at that time and the timing was just right for taking advantage of mother natures outdoor shower. I was just about to step into the indoor shower when the rain came. Of course, I grabbed a towel and my wife grabbed the camera and we captured another fun experience in our nudist life!
I am totally obsessed with the idea of an outdoor shower at home. Since I don't have one and chances are I won't......I was inspired by your idea of showering the old fashioned way provided by Mother Nature. And as luck would have it.....it's a perfectly rainy day in Ohio!!
Just tell your textile hubby you want one,or just let me know where you you want it.You know me grasshopper I'll put one in for you
Hard to imagine a nudist or nudist household without an outdoor shower. We love ours, use the heck outta ours and we have even started to use the outdoor shower on the motorhome, thanks to a good friend here ... Rockdad! His pics of their use of their RV outdoor shower inspired me to make improvements to ours and start using it more!
At our last home, I had one that we bought at Costco and it attached to the garden hose. After some improvements and connected to hot and cold water sources, it was awesome. THAT outdoor shower inspired our close nudist friends to put one in at their home in CO and then their Winter home in AZ.
Some people say the same thing about outdoor showers as they do about starting their involvement in nudism ... "why'd I wait so long!?"
