With the help of south florida free beaches (haulover), this beach has been okayed by the county. there are no facilities or concession stand, but you will not be hassled by the authorities.

cool, i usually go to apollo but like the option of more nude beaches . hopefully people will act respectful and not mess it up, yes there is a time for sex and it's not at the beach.
