Private room in my apartment, Almagro neighborhood.
* 100 mts from subway station and 20 min. from downtown, plenty of bus lines to all the city. Nice, safe and lively area, with lots of shops nearby.
* THE BEDROOM: double bed, desk with chair, nightstand, ceiling fan, 24" LED TV with Chromecast, safety box
* THE APT: kitchen with fridge, microwave, electric stove, electric oven and toaster, laundry with washer, complete bathroom, A/C.
Have in mind i have a cat if you suffer from allergy.
The apartment is quiet and cozy, plenty of natural light. Has two bedrooms, one is mine and the other is a private bedroom for one person. Kitchen and bathroom is shared only with me. Located almost in the geographical center of Buenos Aires, between Almagro and Caballito neighborhoods, one block from subway station, few steps from Rivadavia Avenue.
Close to "Parque Rivadavia" and "Parque Centenario" Lots of shops nearby, supermarkets, cinema, McDonald's, gym, drugstores, laundry , etc.
