Better if we can confirm the dates first and based on the availability of members we can work out the budget and all. For me 3 days would be good enough including weekends.

are you in??I believe I am in. Problem is managing 4 days leave as all are falling on working days plus one of my projects is supposed to be commissioned during that time. Still trying to figure out how to manage the dates. I would like you to request you to put me in maybe category with high percentage of joining. Money is not the problem for me but leave is. So give me another 10 days time and I can surely comment about my association.
