The Tampa bay area is known as the naturist capital. There are several nudists resorts in Pasco county as well as Cypress Cove near Orlando on the opposite side of the state. The nudist community in the area has been featured in many shows including "Buying Naked".
I've been here fore over 30 years. I think one of the challenges to meeting others is that it's a large widespread community. The urban growth hasn't really been handled well making getting from point A to B a burden that a lot of people don't want to deal with. And the lack of good public transportation isn't much help either.
But there ARE other nudists of color in the area. I think in addition to True Nudists you should also check out the other social networking sites and of course just going out to the nudist resorts.
