Buff Gardeners

This group is intended for those who enjoy the natural aspect of gardening, and don't feel the need to cover their natural state while tending their plants. This group may be used to exchange ideas, and success stories, and of course...recipes, that have been brought fourth from the earth.

When new people move in next door.

Return to Discussions

The single story house next door have new tenants moving in, but as most of the garden fence on that side is high enough not to be seen over it will be nude as normal in my garden, and if they decide to stretch up and look over the fence just too bad if they see me nude.

so how did your gardening season go? any nude spottings? I did every bit of my vegetable gardening nude from digging it up the spring to harvesting pumpkins and gourds in the fall.

I got new neighbors to the west about 18 months ago, and despite my 10 food hedge already there, they put up a 6' fence to keep their dog in tow. One year ago I got a new neighbor to the rear, and he just erected a privacy fence around his yard. My neighbor to the east already knows I'm a nudist and if he makes his way into the yard he expects me to be nude, weather permitting. All these homes are single story. For living on a small lot right in town, I guess things are working out pretty well. Next summer I should be doing a lot of nude gardening and relaxing!

I think one of them did see me nude one day but they strike me as people who wouldn't be bothered over me been nude in the garden at all.

Our "next door" is quite some distance. The properties are mostly large acreage and the mountainside does not lend itself to being used for much more than timber production. We have 80 acres of it and I've done plenty of timber harvest myself, but it's a very limited income so I'm clearing some of the smoother spots and trying to convert it to garden and food forest, fruit orchards. Something I can eat and harvest for profit a lot sooner and more abundantly than fiber trees which take 30-50 years to make a marketable product. So as isolated as it is I can work it nude a whole lot without interference. Some will be along the neighbors drive which goes full length through our place to theirs way back in the woods, but in those areas I will put the things that need lots of picking help to harvest. The neighbor will help with picking along with others I can hire. It will be generally June through Oct for harvest period. The areas away from the drive I will try to keep less intensely cultivated with things that need lot of help with, or perhaps I can get some naturist compatible help with it eventually. I want to keep it free for my own nude working pleasure. There is lots of firewood processing and charcoal making to do, along with planting and tending fruit trees berries and gardens. Have 40 blackberry plants arriving this week to plant, just a small start on a commercial blackberry crop.
