Theres another suggestion for you. Thats Eldorado Hotsprings west of Phoenix. Theres also Sycamore Creek for nude hiking.
We just moved out of Phoenix last year. Down here to Southern Arizona.

DON'T DO SYCAMORE CREEK! They police are actively patrolling for Nudity! I would say the Hot Springs in Tonopah or Shangri-La would be your best bets.
