Anyone who goes camping in the nude. Be it a tent, trailer. or bus -- just like camping.
I have my house in Germany (Northern Bavaria) and people are most welcome here for nude camping in my field. I can only accept tents and light vehicles (due to a restricted bridge weight). Totally suitable for nudity all day long.
