Return to Discussionsi use to hike nude a lot at the nudist camp i belonged to for years but as time went on and ownership changed i moved on i prefer the nude beaches in florida and some nudist camps but my real enjoyment is wilderness hiking nude . a few years back after searching maps and googling stuff i discovered a rural park actually several but the one i liked the best had great trails with creeks and once away from the parking lot even with a map was easily to get turned around . i should also mention they have a multi use horse and bike trail well one day i spent several hours way back on the trails hiking , resting , sunning and just enjoying nature i finally scaled a small hill and came to a road i suspect was used for hoseback riding and mountain biking. i was still nude and estimated i was maybe a mile from the far side of the parking lot and as i walked i could see the horse barn in the distance and realized i was getting closer to civilization or clothed people but like most nudist i hated getting dressed so i continued on well i didn't go far when a herd of mountain bikers came down the path i actually had to move to the side to keep from being run over and as they passed i could hear laughing and "he's nude" as they pedaled on . at this point i finally caved and slipped on my shorts waiting for another wave of bikers or horses but that was all so i enter the parking area the horse corral had a few riders but all inside a rink . i carry a small shoulder pack with my keys , first aid kit, ground cloth, water and snack my shorts i always take a tan pair my thought if someone see me nude in distant i can put them on and they will second guess if im nude or not. been caught a few times hiking nude by others once two women one upset the other no big deal she managed to calm her friend after i explained i was a nudist . once on the backside of the nudist camp it had a great hiking trail but after the uptenth time i went out a back gate and hike a powerline trail that time only a bottle of water and my hiking sandals no coverup and camp upon a small crew inspecting the power lines , they were familiar with the nudist camp so they thought i was lost i told them no i was just bored with the trails and exploring the outer boundary they were actually curious about nudism and i told them what i knew and who to talk to at the camp if they wanted to visit and went on my way .
Wow, that was cool that the powerline crew were interested in the Nudist lifestyle.
Yes, the others probably were upset. Or not! Good idea to have those flesh colored shorts near. One of my hiking friends took the inseam out of his shorts, so they be easier to put on in the case of an emergency

Love the idea of tan shorts, it would certainly make people look twice
