Christian Naturists

Christian Naturists is a group for those who put Jesus Christ as first and foremost in their life.

Clothed.
The Bible tells us we were clothed from the start.
I believe we will be clothed in heaven just as we were from the beginning. We will be back in the unity the peace the harmony the love compassion the care as at the start.
It is one of my favorite verses.
Psalm 104 :1-2
Bless the Lord oh my soul oh Lord my God Thou Art very great thou art clothed with honor and Majesty.
Who covers thyself with light as with a garment who stretches out the heavens like a curtain.

God is clothed with light, honor, majesty.
Adam and eve were as well.

I think that sums up the whole picture. Being nude. The human body is majestic. It really is something else. All the skin, the wrinkles the little tiny hairs on our bodies, freckles, the veins, the ears the muscles, the fingers and knobby knuckles joints elbows knees and bones covered by skin. It is majestic. Really something incredible. There is a beauty in each of us,each has something unique and special, it could be just that thing that you cant stand, that mole, skin tag, thick thighs, birth marks... That ends up making you majestic, honorable, awesome.

Also what this body can do? Walk run swim dance JUMP. the pressure we put on our knees muscles and bones. The flexibleness the strenght the soft tenderness... Gives it honor. Gives it wow awesomeness.

The other night i practiced yoga nude with a friend of mine who is teaching me.
He was doing things freely moving like poetry flowing from this move to that with ease.
It was natural it was majestic it was honorable it was full of light.
When you open your eyes to the majesty honor that surrounds you you get light, things are brighter things are better things are free, things are right.
Take sometime to see the beauty of the person. The uniquness the specialness. And you will see people in a different LIGHT, CLOTHED IN BEAUTY AND HONOR.

I walking one night and i got caught by a woman who took a picture of me naked as i was infront of her car. When the officer saw the picture i was clothed in light. The light from her car. They reflected of my body so you couldnt see my naked body all you could see was a glow from my body. You couldnt tell i was naked and they let me go. I asked for the picture.
The officer said i was clothed in light. I said yes yes i am.

Are you?

RE:Psalm 104

You are the light of the world a city. That is set on a hill cannot be hid. Neither do men light a candle and put it under a bushel but on a Candlestick and it giveth light and to all that are in the house let your light so shine before men that they may see your good works and glorify your father which is in heaven. Be clothed with light

I am glad I found you here because I too see the naked human body as a creation made by God in His image and in His glory. When Adam sinned, the glory of God left, leaving him naked. (I have trouble using the words "naked" or "nude" because of the implications each make to us.) I appreciate your connecting this particular Psalm with the nude (naked?) human body because it is a beautiful picture of us in relationship with nature, one another and being one with Christ. I see you must be a devout Christian knowing the word (Word) as you do. Thank you so much. Tom M

Would you then suggest we need (are required by God's redemption through Jesus Christ) to return to our original naked state? I would love to see your reflections or thoughts on this. Thank you in advance. Tom M

A favorite author of mine refers to Adam and Eve as clothed in a robe of light, and those in heaven as well. The pictures would closely resemble that I think. If you didn't know it was a man you might think it was an angel with that glow.

While I've never heard a hint of nudity being required by God. (Except in Isaiah's case) I have heard of several people who were definitely divinely let to practice naturism as healing for mental and moral damage to their minds. And I am sure God led me to understand and practice it for my own good as well. And perhaps as prep for future jobs I can do for Him by being comfortable working nude without concern. So on that level it's still a choice we can make, but with great benefit if we choose in nudity's favor.

Clothing is used in metaphor a lot in the bible. And nudity as well. All the anti nude bible verses are actually not talking about physical nudity, only spiritual. As in failing to be clothed in the garment of Christ's righteousness. (provided to us at great cost to Himself) Which means failing to believe and claim God's promises that give us victory over sin. As 1 John 1:9 says, He is faithful to forgive, and to cleanse. That's getting rid of our sin history first, and then quit sinning by faith in His power.
