mushroom bean stir fry
Ingredients

4 cups Shiitake Mushrooms
3 small sweet peppers sliced
1 stalk green onions diced
1 quarter white onions diced
1 stalk celery diced
1 clove garlic
1 chili pepper
1 can of butter beans
Directions

Sautee the mushrooms in medium frying pan with a table spoon of olive oil. Add onions, celery, green onions, and sweet peppers and continue to saute stirring often until everything is cooked on the outside. Add the liquid from the can of beans or a half cup of vegetable broth and cook until the mushrooms are tender under low to medium flame stirring regularly. Add the garlic clove crushed, the chili pepper for spice and the can of beans and continue to cook and stir until all the liquid is absorbed. Plate and eat.
