We had perfect rains for a while, then July came along and it got dry. The corn planted in May is well over head high. But the farmer planted the 2 fields across from me way late and they are only knee high. I hiked along them today thinking " if we get a good rain this will get tall enough to hike bare along " so hoping this weekend's predicted rain falls and the plants grow. I want to do some bare ass hiking across the road.

Here where I live the last significant recorded rainfall was .69" on June 27. My property went from lush jungle to parched desert. When I was outside it sounded like I was walking on dry hay.

we got the rain over the weekend and there is noticeable growth so maybe by the end of the week it will be tall enough to stroll along nude without being seen from the road.

All of a sudden we went from July to Fall like weather. Its been in the 70s and rain nearly everyday for the past few days.

I am in Southwest Florida and it rains everyday here., it was in the mid 90's today, the rivers are full of algae and the beaches are all covered with dead sea life from the Red Tide. And this is paradise!

I echo those words. Haven't been able to get out in the sun for weeks. Every time u think it's ok to go out ten minutes later it's raining......

Less than an inch of rain in June and July with many plants in the garden looking sad but I will only water some of the vegetable plot and the odd pot plant. Watering in the evening nude is a good feeling when the cold water splashes onto my naked body.

Rain would be a strange thing here this time of year. Its extremely rare to see any in June through August and barely any in May or September. Here in the a Sacramento area it was 109 according to the thermometers on my patio and in my truck and tomorrow Its supposed to be hotter than today. Sure wouldve been nice to be able to get out to Laguna Del Sol but no such luck. I did at least get about an hour a a half of nude time out by the pool in the backyard.

I am hoping we get some rain here in NE Kansas. Rain has been very spotty lately. There are some areas where it has rained over 4 inches and just a few miles away nothing. We need a good wide spread rain. It seems like it's feast or famine... :-(
