Why wear a shirt?
While men driving shirtless is not common, enough do it all the time that it shouldn't draw attention.
While I don't drive nude, I almost always drive shirtless in warm weather and have never had a problem.
I have been stopped by a policeman for a traffic violation at least twice while driving shirtless and nothing was said about my lack of a shirt/

Looking at his profile, its probably not as common in mid-December in Georgia. ;)

Generally true, but the entire eastern US had unseasonably warm weather the last 3 days.
