First time driving nude. Pulled over by Police.
Return to DiscussionsGot up the nerve to finally do it. It was at night in a rental car on a business trip in Houston. Stripped out of my clothes on the side of the road and drove around the city totally butt naked. My heart was racing the whole time, especially at the stop lights when other cars pulled up along side me.
Then, the worst possible thing. A police car passed me in the opposite lane. I looked in the mirror and sure enough he was doing a K turn with his lights flashing. Oh shit!!!
Somehow I slipped my shorts back on while driving as I pulled off into a parking lot. No time for underwear, shirt, shoes or -belt-. The problem with my shorts was that they were a few sizes too big and so I needed the belt. If he asked me to get out of the car and put my hands up, my shorts would have just slipped off and I'd be standing outside in a parking lot totally nude with this cop. I was certain that was going to happen.
I put my hands on the wheel and tried to appear calm. A very big man gets out of the police car and walks towards me.
"Do you know why I pulled you over?"
"No. I don't sir"
"You were driving without your headlights on" he said.
"Oh! I didn't know. It's a rental car. The lights on my car at home turn on automatically so I just didn't realize...."
He turned out to be a nice guy and we chatted about where I'm from and what a piece of crap the rental car was. He just told me to stay safe and off I went.
Totally awesome and humiliating experience.

Driving with headlights off at night is a sign to cops that the motorist is drunk or otherwise impaired in some form. Another indicator is driving with the dome lamp on. (I've been driving nude for ages. I've yet to be caught. When I do get caught, I hope it's a woman cop. )
I like that you got out of your car to get nude and then got back in. I've devised a way to fully undress while driving. Let's just say that I never do it on a curvy highway. One of my favorite things to do when heading to my fav clothing-optional beach here in the City of Seattle is undress in my vehicle at some point before I arrive. I'll usually do this in a parking lot at the remote section. When I arrive, I'll park as close as possible to the lawn and then get out completely nude (wearing only flip-flops) and walk to the beach area. It's also fun to drive back home nude. Ordinarily, the only folks who've been able to tell I'm nude are bicyclists who are waiting at redlights. This has only happened to me once.
