Elegant Nudist Ladies

Surely, like myself, many nudist ladies like to occasionally be elegant and admired. It may be for an evening in a resort, for your relevant other, for a dressed down or bottomless party... We know that elegant means at the minimum high heels, make-up and perfume. But it may mean also thigh highs, opera gloves, hats, fishnet or transparent dresses... That plus a smile. Nothing sexual, no crotch...

Another (real-life) dilemma

Return to Discussions

I live in an apartment building in a posh area near the city centre. I only have a close neighbour on one side and he has a small window on that side. Yes, he did buy a big zoom during the lockdown, when I was sometimes opening the window to take some sun on my skin. I didn't mind it much, I normally use a semi-transparent shade so he doesn't see much and when he does... Well, such is life.

In front of my terrace there is only one posh administrative building about 100m away. The top floor, under the roof (still a couple floors lower than mine) is a small apartment (3 big windows) which I don't remember ever been occupied. But now they must have renovated it because a young couple moved in. I hardly ever see the guy but the girl has relatively similar schedule as mine, because I often see her in the morning, preparing to go out.

The middle window is their bedroom. Small room but huge window, almost full size, and no curtains or shads (yet). The girl is not shy, in the morning she comes out the shower (I guess, I don't see their bathroom) fully naked, blows her hair then she starts dressing up. All this with the light on and no curtain, 3m from the window. She probably believes that it's too far to see her and as she doesn't see her neighbours, they can't see her either. But neighbours have shades and curtains.

I happen to own one of those Nikkons with a huge 125x zoom. I think it's called P1000. Yes, the kind which, at maximum zooming in, can only capture half the moon. And yes, I am tempted to take pics of her.

Now, legally I am in my house and I can take pics inside and everything which neighbours show me is "public" so I don't think she could object, just like I don't object to my side neighbour, he doesn't even really hide, I even sometimes wave at him when he catches me naked. But I am quite rigorous with rights to image and it's not only about the law but also about morals. Now I wouldn't post those pics, but here is the question: is it morally ok to take pics of my neighbour without her knowledge simply because I am in my own house and she regularly shows herself naked in her own house?

Yes, from a legal point of view, taking candid pics on a beach is legal. Except of course when it isn't and in most nude resorts it is specifically forbidden, sometimes by the regulation of the resort, sometimes by the rules established by the association which manages the beach or sometimes (such as in Cap) by municipal decree.

So yes, even if I take all my kit off on an unregulated beach in Germany (which I mostly can do and nobody will complain) it is legal to take pics of me. Most people will however not do it or do it in a hidden way because its not moral. Just like spitting or having an erection on the beach is not illegal per se but it is frown upon (except of course when it's not, such as respectively a in dental cabinet or on a swingers' beach). And my dilemma was about morality vs legality.

But nobody dared to respond to its new version, when it's no longer a sexy young girl but a middle-aged fat gent who is exposing himself in the window. Maybe that's because all gents of this forum ran for the mountains when they saw a dude attacking a woman, which is not at all uncommon actually, I can tell you a couple such stories. In my view of course the technical legal category would be the same in both cases, but the likelihood of prosecution would be dozens of times higher in case of the gentleman than in the case of the girl. As for the moral issue, I don't know, what do you think? Are we equal when exposing our nude bodies to the public from the confidentiality of our apartments?

And no, being called a non-nudist is not an insult. On the other hand, being called a troll and a freak kind of is, no? For the latter you can get banned from Twitter for example (actually from TN too, but I'm not in the business of getting people kicked out, I just ban them when they clearly have no intellectual capacity to engage into decent and argumented debates and because of this they launch ad hominem attacks). The former is contextually funny. So a dude who is not a member and in no way invited to the group barges in and calls the lady who created the group, animated it for close to two years and is the author of the original post/dilemma a troll. Maybe, maybe not.

Okay, I'm not certain I'm any more likely to photograph a nude bloke in a nearby apartment than a nude woman. The curiosity level may be slightly less, but I suspect I'm not the only one.

I think of you as our ENL disruptor, and I mean this kindly and fondly, but you're our disruptor... to pose questions scenarios and dilemmas for us, members of the ENL group to ponder, struggle with, scratch our virtual heads and respond from the head and the heart to often no win scenarios... but you're our disruptor not just for anyone who hangs around the door demanding to be heard.

Btw, wouldn't captor the image of the fat dude either... not without consent, and being to only subject of the image that would be wrong, morally and ethically, even if legal. A crowd shot when someone is one of many in the pic... maybe that's different.

Richie (member of the ENL group) Esq.

True, I am a bit of a disruptor. But look, I could get this group a lot of popularity by launching topics like "Do you sleep/garden/drive naked?". These are fine, but they have been discussed hundreds of times. Of course I will lose friends if I pretend to be an AI or if I ask whether it's ok to rape dead girls but aren't these thought experiments slightly more challenging intellectually and emotionally?

Maybe I'll write up my spanking story tomorrow. Depending on my mood, maybe I'll embellish it a little (and if you guess what the additions are, I'll offer you a present).

Or maybe I'll just invent a story altogether... Who knows... I'm a blonde AI troll freak after all.
