FANS Of PIPEARL & Sisters

This group is for fans who admire Pipearl and her sister's contributions to the Truenudists website. Pipearl has been instrumental in breaking the mold on old school nudism and bringing today's nudism up to speed with women's equality concerning images of women to be co-equal as men's image acceptance. Today men and women are equally acceptable in letting it visually all hang out...

Nude in public a all time favorite of mine!

Return to Discussions

I really enjoy nude in public, it is so invigorating to catch people by surprise and talk to them about how we enjoy the freedom of being totally unencumbered by the restrictions imposed by clothing. I always make it a point to leave an impression that being a nudist or when being nude it has nothing to do with sex! From that point on the conversations grow in the best of ways devoid of any possible mixed signals of sexual interest, but I also make it known that nudists appetite for sex is no less than that of any normal textile persons out there. From there on the conversations of interests are never ending, much because deep down inside most people have a big hidden desire to feel as open and free as we as nudists enjoy in every day of our nude lives, truly doing something you enjoy is rare these days and that is a big part of what people want in their lives too. Popping up in the strangest of places is next in the fun of going nude in public, the element of surprise is never more appreciated, even like golf courses, construction sites, big department stores, or just a walk in the park as being impulsive comes as a welcome surprise even to ourselves, and don't go were children play like around schools, try to be cool about it and above all enjoy...

Hi Pearl! I agree! Being naked is freedom! The closest I've been to being nude in public was at the pride parade in Seattle in 2005. Even though I'm straight, I was there supporting some friends. I was talking with a group of AANR nudists that had a booth in the Space Needle park after the parade. They invited me to join them, and since Seattle doesn't have any anti-nudity laws for events like this, I joined in with them as naked as they were. We had a lot of visitors that day (probably because of the ladies in the booth) and everyone was very cool with nudity and nice to talk with.

I'm curious. Did you ever run into someone whom you didn't know, but who recognized you from being naked on line?

Sound s like it could be a fun experience, though i' d bet I would manage to get myself arrested, lol! I guess it depends on where you are - some people are more uptight about it than others. Thanks for posting, Pip, and carry on!

Oh, my dear PIP. You are such an inspiration to us all. I think especially, us women who fear reprisal for our nudity. Just being casual and normal while nude in public can bring some harsh comments because people feel intimidated and fearful of the naked body.

I will have to consider your example about being nude in surprise places when I can work up the courage. When hubby and I go out I am most always casually dressed in an outfit that keeps me legal, but can still express my love of exposure. I have gotten more than a few sneering looks from stodgy folks and mumbling comments about my clothing (or lack of it), but for the most part all smiles.

And yes, we are nudists in a non sexual way just as being textile does not indicate sexuality. However, we too, have a wonderfully ravenous appetite for sex and take advantage of every opportunity. Our nudist lifestyle helps us to feel more sensuous with all of our skin exposed and free to experience all of the elements.

I sure wish there were a "Like" or "Love" button to push! Both you, Maryanne, and Pearl, are true inspirations.

And, yes, nudism is not necessarily sexual... ;)

I love being naked in public too. It is real freedom! I wish I had your ability to tell others what it's like as you do. BTW I remember an early nudist experience when a girl got up from a nudist beach and put on a see-through dress. I thought that to be much more sexy than her previous full nudity.

I admire beautiful women, like you Californiacoast and Pearl, who are unafraid and unashamed to show their beauty by dressing to show their assets or their total nudity for all to see and admire.

Thank you gentlemen. I believe we can make anything or any activity sexual, but the world has zoomed in on nudism as their scapegoat target. For hubby and I nudism is not the sexual part, but a part of our sexuality. As I mentioned before being naked and feeling all the elements on our skin makes us more sensitive to sexual touch. Being naked also gives us more spontaneity. Especially outdoors.

And yes, I don't believe we women should hide our God given assets. He created our bodies and showing them a bit, I don't feel, is sinful. Many neighbors have seen me in my fluffy robe. I often trim shrubbery in front in my short cutoffs and a bikini top. Some have also seen me in the back yard nude doing my home office work. I am proud to know I have created some enjoyment for others. God has given us a great gift. Never hide it.

You are so right about that! Nudity has been unfairly demonized by demagogues, in my humble opinion. Some of the most beautiful works of art are nude sculptures , paintings, photos, etc. Nudity is a state of being, sex is an activity - should not conflate the two.

Well said by both. Nudity does not equal sex but is very sensual and heightens ones awareness of everything around us.
