Tight foreskin

It can also get stuck behind the rim of my cock head if I pull it back to far. Does anyone know of an effective way to make it less tight. I'm definitely not going down the circumcision road as it's not bad enough to need that.
Growing up I had a tight foreskin, would get stuck behind the head and constrict my penis to make erections a bit scary!
