Uncut, but clean!

Being uncut and being wheelchair enabled 24/7 has its challenges as far as my penis hygiene goes. When I pee I usually wipe thoroughly with medicated wipes after pulling my foreskin back and leaving until I'm sure I have finished peeing. When at home I usually try to be either totally naked or with just t shirt and make sure I pull my foreskin back regularly to check my glans and urethra tip.
Some years ago I developed balanitis caused by a reaction to shower gel and soaps - although this wasn't identified for months during which time the condition kept getting worse! However, within a short time of washing my helmet and foreskin with water only, the condition disappeared and has never returned. When I pee I always pull my foreskin right back and whenever/wherever possible wash with water and dry. At home, I can do this easily enough at the bathroom handbasin, but in toilets in restaurants/pubs/stores, it's usually impossible due to lack of privacy. Who sees my cock doesn't bother me, but I'm sure someone would complain if they say me rinsing my cock at the basins and then holding it under the air dryer!! If I can't rinse and dry it after peeing I keep the foreskin rolled back until it rolls itself forward again.
