yea most aren't meant to be worn for more than maybe half an hour. as soon as soon as it gets uncomfortable, take it off. but I have one that it is comfortable enough to wear for long stretches. my jackoff buddy has one that he'll wear most of the day and forget he's even wearing it. but his balls are massive so maybe that helps.
