I have a PA and wipe off the pee as you do. That is sufficient. I freeball all the time and have no worries.
Quit the underwear thing a couple of years ago. Had a Dentist appt. this morning got up showered and dressed commando of course. Went out to warm up the truck, it was only 20 degrees F out and the jeans I was wearing absorbed the chill quickly. This caused me to shudder a little but never once think about putting underwear on. If the need for more warmth is needed I'll just dig out my flannel lined jeans, all is still good in the nude world!
I have the same issue with pre cum leak when I free ball! A mate sorted that issue by buying me a little cap that sits on the cock head and collects the leak into a reservoir tip! Its great to wear tho it can increase the leak as it feels good!
I go commando when I wear Jean's or shorts, but with dress slacks I need to be careful as I dribble pre cum, a lot and I find that it happens more when I am soft but still horny.Light colored slacks are a definite no no.
