FREEBALLING NUDISTS

This is a group for men who enjoy Freeballing, going Commando, oh heck, just plain not wearing underwear! It is an un-necessary piece of very restrictive clothing. When we are nude, our equipment hangs free, why not when we are dressed! Share experiences and stories about your times freeballing, and how you got started.

Reluctance to get rid of underwear

Return to Discussions

I have seen people post here and elsewhere that they never or rarely wear it but don't want to get rid of it.
Why?
If you change your mind later, most of us could afford to buy a few pair.
I will admit to more than getting rid of my last pair and then changing my mind when I had an upcoming doctor's appointment and buying one.
The last time I bought 3 because I read somewhere that extremely short shorts for men would be popular the next summer.
I decided at the time that it would be worth wearing underwear again to be able to wear shorts with a 2" or so inseam without worrying about accidental exposure in an inappropriate setting.

I seem to be disposing of all my 'tighty whities' for thongs when I need underwear, mostly the regular ones are for cold winter days. Otherwise thongs or commando if the pants/shorts are soft enough. Being free is best and I abore boxers (too much entanglement) or anything on my legs. IMHO.

Underwear is a good thing. They protect one from the rough inside of one's jeans.!

I have only one pair of jeans and they get washed twice a week. There is no rough inside (and no undies).

With only one pair of jeans that get worn and washed so often, they are likely to wear out sooner rather than later.
You might have to actually buy an item of clothing!

I have a couple of pairs in a bottom of a draw where all the cloths live which only come out once in a blue moon and I can't be bothered finding them out to get get rid of them and so most likely will remain there unless I move and all the cloths are removed from the draw and chucked out to save moving them.

I assume you mean chucking all of the underwear, not all of your clothes!

Don't be too sure! Both Minimalist and I have a habit of chucking out clothes, having chucked out the underwear earlier. We would still have the clothes we were wearing (if any) at the time.

Had my semi-annual dermatologist appointment yesterday and wore underwear for the first time since I tossed my last brief swimsuit.
Felt more confining than ever.
Considering tossing my only pair of underwear and going without next time.
I must admit, however, that 3 times in the past I have done this and wound up buying a pair when my next appointment arrived.

Ripped up my last pair and threw the scraps in the trash.
Now completely underwear free.
That was the easy part.
The difficultly will be not caving in and buying one pair for my next dermatologist appointment like I have done more than once in the past.

Recently bought a solid color swim brief. Now if I don't have the nerve to be naked at the doctor, I can wear that instead of buying one pai of underwear.

I went to the dermatologist for my 6 month exam today. I put black swim briefs in my cargo shorts pocket and when I took my clothes off in the examination room, I slipped them on. When the doctor examined me, I reminded him that I swam and sunned nude so he knew that he should check everything. We talked about reason why some people swim and sun nude and other don't. That lead me to comment that some people don't wear underwear and how did that work since his staff always tells me to leave my underwear on. He replied that he has staff say that because he believes that is what most patients prefer but some patients are comfortable being nude for the exam and he has no problem with that. Now I know that I don't have to bring the swim brief next time. I should have asked sooner!

Had my first nude full body exam by the Dermatologist today. Non-event overall. Doctor seemed totally comfortable, I felt better knowing that he has a full view of all of my skin, instead of having to look inside my underwear for part of it. Should have started 5 years ago when I stopped wearing underwear, if not sooner!
