Everyone know that the only way to wear a kilt is with nothing under it. But the ladies still ask - all over Europe. It gives me a chance to lift the kilt and show them - there is only me under there. What fun!!!

It is very simple. What one wears under a kilt is shoes. Easy answer.
Reminds me of:
"Is anything worn under your kilt?"
