After retiring 12 years ago I have been free balling ever since then, I can no longer wear underwear, becomes to constricting,,,but your balls will start hanging lower..
Have you gotten rid of your underwear?
If so when?
I got rid of mine about two years after I retired. Should have have done it sooner.
