Return to DiscussionsHow hairy is your back? Some hair is OK... How much of a problem is it for you? Wax is probably best if you really need it. I'm hairy, so I know a bit of what you may be experiencing. Laser hair removal is also an option, but it's expensive, and a slow process. It's also more permanent than waxing.
Before you go down that track, you really want to know why... The question you need to answer is this one: "Is it really worth it?" If you are doing this for someone else they'd better be special. If it's just for you, hey, you're worth it!
I have a hairy back and shoulders as well, have had it waxed but ithurt likehell. I decided to live withitas I am totally hairy and love thefeel of it, I do takehair clippers to it in the summer and hot weather to keep it in check some but that is all, a few times a year and that's all.
I can understand being unhappy about a hairy back - personally, I always fancied guys with hairy backs too, but it's pretty much the most socially acceptable body hair to criticise that when I started getting one I hid it for years.
But it turns out I wasn't the only guy who liked a hairy back as part of being hairy all over, so I've been very happy with it for years now (thanks to some very nice people who were happy about it too).
I just hope your other half likes yours and other people who like it tell you! The rest of you looks good hairy.
