GREAT LOOKING BACKSIDES!

Naked backsides have an appeal that extends far beyond the nudist community. Historically, artists and sculptors have been inspired by human behinds for centuries. In everyday culture, "mooning" is a fun practice, especially among college youth. In proper textile society there are situations where mention of full nudity may offend; however, use of the term "B.A." (for bare...

Don't forget your squats

Over the last two years, I lost a lot of weight. My ass seems to have lost more as I have loose skin at the base. Any way to lose this other than surgery?

Hello guys! The secret of a great butt is not only to do squats, but to train in all different angles. It's because the glutes consists several muscles.
As excercises squats, lunges, bridges, hip hinges. All these can be done without equipment. For extra loads get a "miniband" around your knee, or feet. Its a cheep and efficient tool.
And the best tip I can give is:
-Use stairs as much as possible instead of elevator.
-And most importantly, sit on chairs as less as possible.
Should you have any questions, ask! Tom

I do Body Pump which is awesome for every body part. By the end of each workout I will have done about 100 squats (mid, wide, and wider) and lunges. I highly recommend it.

Great advice. I do squats, glute machine and calves twice a week to firm the buttocks and legs. Working out the lower body burns more calories and also helps with balance and coordination. My butt looks better than when i was in my 20's.

Well, I think a lot of it is genetics. I don't want to build my rear any further. The two exercises that I think are the most effective are lunges and hyper extensions on a roman chair. I would do lunges one side at a time.... place my forward foot on something for elevation of a few inches, reach back with the other foot and just lower myself, and then raise. I would not move my feet during the set for each side... so, do 15 reps on one side, and then switch and do 15 for the other side. This worked best for me and avoided all of that moving and resetting your feet each time. I could focus on form. You can also do lunges while completing a lap of a small track. Hyperextensions are great for your upper butt and lower back. I would hold a plate against my chest/stomach and used strict form. Always focus your mind on the muscles you are training. This cured me of back pain that nobody else could... doctors, therapists, etc. The heavy weight was the key. A medicine ball might work as well vs a roman chair.
