Briefs In Bed ?

I was always bought up never to wear briefs in bed. As a child I went commando in my PJ's and then when I wore boxers I slept in them. I now sleep naked and have done for many years however I know several guys who sleep in their briefs and wouldn't sleep any other way. That strikes me as being very uncomfortable and all squished up - I like to be free in bed.
Do any of you who wear briefs during the day carry on and wear them in bed or do you wear something else ?
Haven't worn underwear for almost 4 years. Nude sleeper for over 30.Never wore briefs under PJ's.Only wore them alone when I had an unexpected overnight stay and didn't have my own room so I thought I should wear something.
I started sleeping 'in the raw' about 10yo. Never could stand it after that, but if I HAD to wear something, like at grandma's, it was very loose PJ bottoms.
If it was just a social situation, like on swim team trips or when I moved into the college dorm, I got the issue 'out in the open' by telling anyone there, "I sleep nude, bros. If you peek you will see it ALL." More often than not, others joined in, someone had to be the leader for what the others were wanting.
